Well, I will be having a baby in less than three weeks! I can’t believe how fast the past nine months have gone by, and also how slow. At moments the days have seemed to drag on forever and then I will wonder what has happened to an entire month. It’s funny how your perspective changes when you are waiting on something so monumental to happen.
In just a few weeks I’ll be starting the process of trying to lose my excess weight, which there is a lot of. I swear if I see one more pop up ad on my computer saying click here for weight loss pills I will scream. Not an option for me! I need to buy a treadmill instead!

You can give yourself a longer grace period before you start worrying about the weight… no real exercise until your 6-wk postpartum checkup.

My friend lost 35lbs in the last five months just doing weight watchers, and doing home videos.

About the weight loss - my aunt had her baby a year ago and she looks like her old self again. She said the grapefruit method really works (I think you have half a grapefruit before every meal… it speeds up your metabolism or something). Seems like an easy option to try
